Madeleine is the quintessential shell shaped cake with a delicate crumb, great for dipping in your coffee or tea. Flavors: lemon or mocha. Six 3-inch Madeleines in a package.

Financier is the traditional French almond cake made with browned butter, which gives it a wonderful nutty goodness. It can be made in different flavors and topped with fruit of choice making it oh so versatile. Current flavors: traditional almond, pear ginger, and orange pistachio.

Croissant aux amandes (almond croissant): take it to the next level with croissants imbibed in a light vanilla syrup, filled and topped with almond cream and sliced almonds and baked. A real treat.
