Welcome to the French Tart's incredible pastries

Having trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked at Pascal Pinaud's patisserie on rue Monge in the 5th arrondissement, the French Tarte is no stranger to the delicious wonders of Parisian sweets.

Susan specializes in classic tarts, a myriad of buttery shortbreads, nutty financiers, delicate madeleines, flaky croissants, and a tempting selection of French style pastries and desserts.
